Producer Company

A Producer Company is a type of legally recognized body of farmers/agriculturists in India that was established with the intention of improving the standard of living of farmers. It combines the features of a cooperative society and a private limited company.

Who can form a Producer Company:

• At least 10 individual producers (farmers)
• At least 2 producer institutions
• Combination of 10+ individual producers and producer institutions

Documents Required:

• PAN card of all members
• Identity proof of all members
• Address proof of business
• Memorandum and Articles of Association
• Passport size photographs of directors
