MSME Registration

The MSME stands for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises. In accordance with the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises Development (MSMED) Act in 2006, the enterprises are classified into two divisions.

1. Manufacturing enterprises – engaged in the manufacturing or production of goods in any industry.
2. Service entreprises – engaged in providing or rendering services.

Documents Required for MSME Registration

• Identity Proof (Self Attested)
• Proof of resident
• Quotation of machinery/other items to be purchased
• Details of supplier/price of machinery/items to be purchased
• Proof of identity of enterprise such as license/registration certificate
• 2 Yrs. Projected balance sheets for Loan amount above 2 Lakh
• Complete record of ITR, GST, TDS if applicable

Who can obtain MSME Registration:

All business entities that fall under the criteria of the definition of MSME can register.
